About the Role Based at our Manton St office this dynamic full time coordination role the delivery and growth of youth-focused social and recreation programs. Coordinate the Social Program for young people aged 18–25, including scheduling, planning, and supporting community-based activities Promote the program through external stakeholders including school visits, expos, and collaboration with clinical teams to support referrals Lead the Recreation Program for school-aged children during school holidays, delivering engaging and inclusive activities Balance program delivery with preparation and administration time, ensuring smooth operations across both streams Work closely with the Manager Community Programs to support program development and continuous improvement Contribute to a growing space with opportunities to develop your skills and shape the future of the programs Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills High level of computer literacy and administrative capability Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Education and Qualifications Certificate III in Community Services, Disability or equivalent (minimum requirement) Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Valid driver’s licence (minimum P2) Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Check We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
